Kuwait Anti-Corruption Authority (Nazaha)
Kuwait Anti-Corruption Authority, also known as Nazaha, is an independent public authority established as per Law No. 2 of 2016. It aims to implement the United Nations Convention against Corruption (UNCAC). Nazaha receives corruption reports, as well as financial disclosure statements from state officials. Nazaha also contributes to prevention efforts and raises society’s awareness about the dangers of corruption.

COSP11
The Conference of the States Parties (COSP) is the primary policymaking body responsible for overseeing the United Nations Convention against Corruption (UNCAC). Its main functions include assisting member states in implementing the UNCAC, providing policy guidance to the UN Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) for anti-corruption initiatives, and fostering cooperation among states to achieve the UNCAC’s objectives. The Conference convenes every two years to adopt resolutions and decisions aimed at advancing its mission. The 10th session (COSP11), held in the city of Doha in the State of Qatar from 15 to 19 December 2025, is bringing bring together global leaders to make policy decisions and continue efforts to combat corruption on an international scale.
